1.Production Introduction

HUATEC brand flatbed industrial LED radio-graphic film viewer is our innovative product which is invent by our company.

HFV-50G (Double Window Ultra Highlight type) is a newly developed LED X ray film viewer for the NB/T47013.2-2015 "Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipment" standard. Set up two windows, one is a large rectangular window, 210 × 65mm (hereinafter referred to as the large window), the same as the HFV-50 X ray film viewer; the other is a Ø65mm circle-type ultra-high brightness window (hereinafter referred to as the highlight window) .The light source of highlight window is our exclusive high-power integrated LED surface light source,which is developed by our company. The Highest brightness is up to about 600000 cd/m2. The large window is mainly used to evaluate the photographic density less than 4.5, and the highlight window is used to observe and evaluate the photographic density between 4.0--5.0.

The birth of the series LED film viewers bring a revolutionary change for film viewer. We change the big bulky, inconvenient film viewers into ultra-thin flatbed type.The whole shell is made of aluminum shell, which can be as heat sink for the light, And there are many advantages as Excellent heat dissipation, high brightness,stable performance, good shock resistance, long service life, convenient maintenance, energy conservation, environmental protection, beautiful appearance for our LED film viewers.

This series of products meet the GB/T19802-2005 "Non-Destructive Inspection Industrial Radiography" standard requirements. The HFV-50G film viewer is currently the only one in China that satisfies the NB/T47013.2-2015 "Nondestructive Test for Pressure Vessels" standard. It is an updated product of the existing industrial ray film viewer,which is widely used in the field of industrial inspection for radiography observation and evaluation.
