The HSMV-6000 fully automatic vacuum cold setting machine, with PLC control, high-strength vacuum chamber and built-in vacuum pump, can complete the entire setting process with one click, including multiple vacuuming, maintaining vacuum, venting, etc.

Sample mounting, by removing air from the sample and the cold mounting material, the liquid mounting material fills the gaps in the sample, eliminating the gaps between the sample and the mounting material, thus achieving tight bonding between the sample and the mounting material. The sample is also well protected and supported during grinding and polishing.

1.      Place the inlay mold in a vacuum chamber;

2.      Mix the cold inlay in proportion, pour it into a disposable plastic cup, and place the plastic cup on the cup holder in the container; Cover the top lid of the vacuum chamber;

3.      Perform pre-vacuuming as needed;

4.      Pour the inlay into the inlay mold;

5.      Select the sequence number of the required inlay process parameters by name and press the "Start" button to begin the fully automatic inlay process;

6.      Wait until the machine gives a prompt sound to complete the entire process of setting.
